Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Gilgit – Transfer to Hunza
Fly from Islamabad to Gilgit early morning. Upon arrival, meet our representative and drive towards Hunza Valley via the famous Karakoram Highway. Stop for photography at scenic viewpoints along the Hunza River. Arrival in Karimabad and hotel check-in.
Day 2: Karimabad Cultural Exploration
Visit the historic Baltit Fort and Altit Fort. Walk through Karimabad bazaar, meet local artisans, and enjoy panoramic views of Rakaposhi and Ultar peaks.
Day 3: Attabad Lake & Gojal Valley
Visit the stunning Attabad Lake, formed after the 2010 landslide. Enjoy boating and explore the turquoise waters. Continue towards Upper Hunza (Gojal) and visit Gulmit village.
Day 4: Passu Cones & Hussaini Bridge
Explore the iconic Passu Cones and walk on the famous Hussaini Suspension Bridge. Experience the dramatic landscapes of Upper Hunza.
Day 5: Khunjerab Pass Excursion
Full-day excursion to Khunjerab Pass (Pak-China Border), one of the highest paved international border crossings in the world. Wildlife sightings possible en route including yaks and ibex.
Day 6: Return to Gilgit
Drive back from Hunza to Gilgit. Free evening to explore Gilgit city or relax at the hotel.
